This year, 2,361 cadets, including 917 girls, from 17 NCC Directorates representing all States and Union Territories, are participating in the camp. The event will culminate with the Prime Minister’s Rally on January 27, 2025. Cadets will engage in various activities such as cultural programs and institutional training competitions.

On his arrival, a contingent of NCC cadets from the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings presented a “Guard of Honour” to the Vice President.

In his address, the Vice President urged cadets to commit to national transformation based on five pillars: social harmony, family enlightenment through patriotic values, environmental protection, honoring Bharat Mata through civilizational ethos, and embracing Swadeshi and self-reliance.

“These Panch-Prana are the lifeblood of our society, forging a strong nationalistic spirit that integrates individual responsibility, traditional values, and environmental consciousness, propelling India towards cultural pride, unity, and self-reliance,” he stated.
